Order Status:

You may check the status of your order at any time by calling (620) 669-5319 or by emailing srose@rosemotor.com

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time prior to pick up. Non-stock orders, custom or special orders must be paid for in advance. Some custom or special orders may be non-cancellable or incur restocking fees of 25%, depending on source.

Returns/Refunds

Purchases may be returned within 30 days of receipt. The items must be in like new condition. Custom or special-order products may be non-returnable. For questions on returns, call (620) 669-5319

The following credit cards are accepted online: Visa, Mastercard, Discover If you have a house charge account with Rose Motor Supply , online payments can be made if you ask for us to open your account to the Online Store and you establish a password.

Pickup

Rose Motor Supply will send an email response when the order is ready for pickup. When you arrive, please call (620) 669-5319 and let us know you are here.

Shipping

Shipping is currently not available from our location. We do not ship orders, all orders are pick up in store only during our Business hours.
